The cottages feature a huge open plan living/kitchen area with big, picture windows across the front. There are two bedrooms in each cottage. The main bedroom has a double and single bed and the second bedroom has three singles. The bathroom is downstairs and has a king size shower, hand basin and W.C.

Both cottages have full central heating. There is ample parking space and each cottage has its own garden and barbecue. The cottages are traditionally decorated with lime washed walls and every effort has been made to make them as ecologically acceptable as possible.

EACH CART HOUSE COTTAGE HAS: Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Television/Video, CD/stereo, Dishwasher, Telephone, Vacuum, Iron/ironing board.

Upstairs
There are three large bedrooms - 2 with en-suite bathrooms and one with an en-suite loo with a roll top bath in the bedroom itself.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed with magnificent views across unspoiled countryside to Freshwater Bay.
The far room has French doors that lead out onto a wooden balcony. There is also a Captain's bunk in one of the bedrooms.

Everything has been traditionally decorated with lime washed walls and every effort has been made to make it as ecologically acceptable as possible.

THE MILK HOUSE HAS: AGA, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Washer/Dryer, Television/Video, CD/stereo, Dishwasher, Vacuum, Iron/ironing board.
